Disney World raises ticket prices and drops something visitors hate

When in October The Walt Disney Company raised admission prices for its Disneyland Resort, fans of the Disney World parks knew it was only a matter of time before the Mouse House raised admission prices in Orlando, Florida.

Disney World had already raised prices for food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages where it is served, in October. Most of the increases were as small as 20 cents more for the Columbia Harbor House chicken strips, 30 cents more for a Casey Corner Walt Chili whole-beef hot dog, 50 cents more for a Pecos Bell cheeseburger, and in some cases, $1 more, as for sangria.
