Horror 2 is what nightmares are made of.
The horrific horror movie, which centers on the sinister resurrection of a sadistic clown named Art, was released last weekend to critical acclaim and grossed $2.3 million on just 700 screens. But the black tap proved to be frightening to the eyes and stomach.

The actor who plays Art the Clown is also starring in the new Christmas movie The Mean One.
Art the Clown isn’t the only evil horror Thornton brings to life.
The 42-year-old actor, who previously starred as The Joker in the action series “Nightwing: Escalation,” is set to play the gruesome caricature of the Grinch in “The Mean One,” a shocking parody of the classic Dr. rival.
Directed by Stephen LaMorte, “The Main One” maintains the distinctive grit of the Grinch, with “the green-skinned raven… who live on a mountain high above the festive little town of Neuville, and despise the holiday season,” according to a LaMorte press release. .
The sinister twist is that The Mean One “slaughtered” Cindy’s parents You-Know-Who, a play on “Grinch” heroine Cindy Lou Who, two decades ago. Cindy returns to the “Search for the Conclusion” of her parents’ death, only to find that The Maine Wan has not lost his killer thirst, or urge to “cut up the roast beast”.
The film, set for release on December 15, stars Thornton alongside actress Christel Martin as Cindy in The Sandra West Diaries.
